Falcons Finish 12th At BIG East/MAC Challenge

ORLANDO, Florida - The Bowling Green State University golf team concluded their fall season this weekend with a 12th place finish at the Big East/MAC Challenge. The Falcons, who shot a 54-hole score of 910, was one of four Mid-American Conference teams to compete in the event.
Senior Dan McIntyre led the Orange and Brown with an overall score of 223, which placed him in a tie for 25th. Junior Jace Walker was not far off the pace, posting a 225, finishing in a tie for 33rd.
Also competing for the Falcons were freshman John Powers (232, T-54th), junior Trevor Spathelf (234, 59th) and freshman Matt Schneider (237, T-60th).
The Falcons will take the winter off and are scheduled to compete again in early March.
