The 2007 MAC Basketball Tournament will once again take place at Quicken Loans Arena in Dowtown Cleveland, March 4-10, 2007. In previous years, First Round games in both the Men's & Women's brackets had taken place on campus sites, with the winners advancing to Cleveland to join the top four seeds for the Quarterfinals. Beginning this season, the 1st Round games have been added to the schedule at "The Q", meaning that all 12 MAC member schools will send both their Men's & Women's teams to Cleveland to compete for the 2007 MAC Championship, and an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament.
As in years past, YOU can SAVE BIG on walk-up ticket prices by reserving yours IN ADVANCE through the BGSU Athletic Ticket Office. In addition, you'll have access to a block of seats set aside EXCLUSIVELY for Falcon fans, but ONLY if you place your order IN ADVANCE!

*Game times scheduled close together are approximate. If games run behind schedule for any reason, they will start 30 minutes after the completion of the prior game.
*Seeding for both the WOMEN'S (February 28th) and MEN'S (March 4th) brackets will be finalized in conjunction with the completion of the regular season.
*Seating for ALL sessions of the WOMEN'S tournament will be General Admission ($10 per session ticket). Seating for all MEN'S sessions EXCEPT the First Round (General Admission) on Wednesday, March 7th will be reserved ($30 per session ticket). Prices are based on tickets reserved IN ADVANCE through the BGSU Athletic Ticket Office. Walk-up ticket prices at "The Q" for the WOMEN'S tournament will be $10 per session ticket, and for the MEN'S tournament, $47 per session ticket.
Falcon Club Roundtrip Bus Transportation From the BGSU Campus
Looking for a way to avoid the costs of gas, tolls, and parking on your way to Cleveland for the 2007 MAC Basketball Tournament? Hop on the Falcon Club bus! As in years past, the Falcon Club will provide a roundtrip bus transportation option from the BGSU campus. Buses will run for any and all games in which the Falcons' WOMEN'S or MEN'S compete.
Roundtrip cost is ONLY $20 for Falcon Club members and $30 for others (cost DOES NOT include a game ticket). Buses will leave from and return to Parking Lot L, located just North of Doyt Perry Stadium on the BGSU campus.
The potential bus schedule for the entire tournament is as follows:

Tuesday, March 6th...WOMEN'S Quarterfinals - Bus would leave at either 9:30am OR 1:30pm
Wednesday, March 7th...MEN'S First Round - Bus would leave at either 9:30am OR 1:30pm
Thursday, March 8th...MEN'S Quarterfinals - Bus would leave at either 8:30am OR 3:30pm
Friday, March 9th...WOMEN'S & MEN'S Semifinals - Buses would leave at 8:30am AND/OR 3pm (two separate buses)
Saturday, March 10th...WOMEN'S & MEN'S Championships - Buses would leave at 9:30am AND/OR 3:30pm

Falcon fans, friends, and alumni are invited to join the BGSU Alumni Association at the Winking Lizard Tavern, the unofficial/official pre- and post-game Falcon Headquarters! Located directly across the street from Quicken Loans Arena (811 Huron Road E.), the Winking Lizard Tavern is just steps away from all the action at the 2007 MAC Basketball Tournament. Be there 2 1/2 hours prior to each BGSU game in the tournament, and get ready to cheer on the Falcons!
