Women's Golf 11th After 18 Holes at Laker Fall Classic

ALLENDALE, Mich. -
The Bowling Green State University women's golf team carded a 340 in the opening round of the Laker Fall Classic on Monday, and currently sit in 11th place among the 14 team field.
The Falcons were led by sophomore Lauren Glew (41-42--83) and Megan Gormley (40-43--83) in the opening round. They are currently tied for 38th among the 84-player field.
The duo was followed by Marisa Glew (43-44--87, T-56th), Paula DiFrancesco (46-41--87, T-56th) and Megan Bader (42-46--88, T-61st). Junior Hannah Lambert, who is competing as an individual this week carded an 85 (44-41). She is currently in a tie for 50th.
The final round of competition begins Tuesday morning.
