Winds and Rain Force Saturday Cancelation; Rescheduled for Sunday

Due to weather conditions that will continue to deteriorate throughout the day, today's BGSU baseball game with Akron has been canceled. Akron and Bowling Green will play a doubleheader tomorrow (Sunday) with the first pitch of game one scheduled for 12:00 p.m. The second game will begin shortly afterward. Both games will be nine inning contests.
Bowling Green (22-19-1, 12-7) now has a share of the lead in the MAC East after their Friday afternoon win and a Kent State loss to Miami. The Falcons have won 12 of their 13 games and have eight conference games remaining on the schedule, including series with Kent State and Buffalo.
