The Bowling Green State University football team begins practice this evening (Aug. 3) inside Doyt Perry Stadium as the Falcons get ready for the 2011 season. Today marks the first of 28 practices leading up to the kickoff with Idaho on Sept. 1.

The Falcons, who were picked to finish fifth in the MAC East, return 12 starters from last season's squad, including three players that are on preseason watch lists: Kamar Jorden (Biletnikoff), Ben Bojicic (Rimington) and Dwayne Woods (Butkus).
