Greene Wins Ironman Of The Week

Bowling Green, Ohio - In voting by Bowling Green's fans, redshirt sophomore running back Travis Greene earned the Iron Workers 55 Ironman of the Game award for the fourth time after his performance against Toledo Saturday.
The redshirt sophomore running back rushed for 96 yards on 19 carries and also scored two touchdowns. Greene's first score, a seven-yard rush, capped off a nine-play drive that covered 77 yards. The Falcons then took the lead late in the fourth quarter on another seven-yard rush from Greene.
Greene beat out Heath Jackson, D.J. Lynch and Gabe Martin for this week's award. BGSU plays at Miami Tuesday at 8:00 pm ET on ESPNU. Following the game, fans will again have the opportunity to vote for the Ironman of the Game by going to BGSUFalcons.com/Ironman.
