Bowling Green, Ohio - The Bowling Green cross country and track and field programs have announced that the second annual Falcon 5 Miler will take place Friday, April 12 at 6 p.m., just prior to the spring football game at 7 p.m.
The Falcon 5 Miler will tour the scenic campus of Bowling Green State University. The start will be located in front of the Sebo Athletic Center and Doyt Perry Stadium. The race will finish on the outdoor track adjacent to the football stadium. A course map is available at the link above and will also be available the day of the race.
For children 10 and under, a half-mile fun run will start and end on the outdoor track adjacent to the football stadium. The fun run will begin at 5:30 p.m.
Registration is $20 until Friday, April 5 and will be $25 from Saturday, April 6 until race day. The half-mile fun run is $2. There are three ways to register:
1 - Register online at active.com through the link above. An additional registration fee will apply.
2 - Mail the registration form in the brochure (.pdf document above) with a check. Early registration must be received by Friday, April 5. Mailing address is:
