BGSU Adds Matt Fox to the 2014-15 Men’s Basketball Roster

Bowling Green, Ohio – Bowling Green State University first year head men's basketball coach Chris Jans announced that Matt Fox of nearby Maumee, Ohio has joined the 2014-15 men's basketball roster.
"We are excited to have Matt join our program this season," commented Coach Jans. "He is a local kid from Anthony Wayne High School that brings a strong work ethic to the gym daily and will provide us with more depth in our backcourt".
Fox graduated from nearby Anthony Wayne High School where he played under head coach Bryan Borcherdt. The 6-4 guard was named to the All-District 7 First-Team and the All-NLL First-Team in 2013-14 and was also a 2013-14 All-Ohio Honorable Mention honoree his senior year. A two-time Team MVP selection, Fox helped guide his 2012-13 team to become NLL Champions and reach the Regional Semifinals. Last season as a senior, while he served as the team captain, he averaged 20 points per game.
Fox plans to major in Business at BGSU.
