Bowling Green, Ohio- The Bowling Green State University cross country and track and field programs will hold the 4th annual Falcon 5 Miler, sponsored by Dave's Running, this Saturday at 8:30 am. The event will begin on the track with the Lil' Falcon Half-Miler at 8:00 am.
The cost to register is $25 and only $2 for the Lil' Falcon Half-Miler. The first 50 to take advantage of this Saturday's perfect weather conditions by utilizing the walk-up registration table in the Sebo Athletic Center starting at 7:00 am will still receive a race t-shirt. All proceeds benefit the BGSU Cross Country/Track & Field programs and the Special Olympics of Northwest Ohio.
The Falcon 5 Miler tours the scenic campus of Bowling Green State University. The start is located in front of the Sebo Athletic Center and Doyt Perry Stadium. The race will finish on the outdoor track adjacent to the football stadium.
