MAC Announces Select Kickoff Times For 2015 Football Season

CLEVELAND, Ohio—The Mid-American Conference announced select kickoff times for the 2015 football season on Wednesday (June 10) morning, including six of Bowling Green's 12 games. Some television network designations were also assigned for select games.
BGSU's home opener vs. Memphis, designated as Family Weekend, will kickoff at 3:00 p.m. on Sept. 19 at Doyt L. Perry Stadium. That game is scheduled to be broadcast nationally on ESPN3 and the WatchESPN app. Bowling Green's Homecoming game, scheduled for October 17 vs. Akron, will also kickoff at 3:00 p.m. at The Doyt.
The Falcons' also learned kickoff times and/or television designation for each of their four midweek games during the month of November. That final stretch begins with a showdown against Ohio on November 4, with kickoff set for 8:00 p.m. on ESPN2. The next week, the Falcons will travel to play Western Michigan on the road. Kickoff for the Wednesday, Nov. 11 matchup, is set for 8:00 p.m. on either ESPN2 or ESPNU. Bowling Green returns home the next weekend for a rivalry game against Toledo on Tuesday, Nov. 17. That game will air on ESPN2 or ESPNU with kickoff time to be determined at a later date. The final game of the regular season, set for Tuesday, Nov. 24 at Ball State, will kickoff at 7:30 p.m. on ESPNU or ESPN3.
One Bowling Green road game, the MAC opener on the road at Buffalo, has also been set. That game against the Bulls will begin at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3. Designation for television will be determined 12 days out.
