Throughout #BGCamp15, the Bowling Green State University athletics department will be giving fans of @BG_Football an inside look at some of the seniors on this year's team. Today, Alex Huettel continues the series giving you a confidential look at BGSU football, his career, and his hopes for the 2015 season.

Camp Confidential with Alex Huettel
When Bowling Green State University takes the field in Nashville, Tenn. on Sept. 5 to begin the 2015 season, the entire offensive line will have a familiar look. Bowling Green was one of just nine teams in the entire country to start the same five players across the offensive line in all 14 games a season ago, and the only one of those nine to return all five of those players in 2015.
Â
But, one member of Bowling Green's offensive line has not just been a mainstay for 14 straight games, but instead 41 consecutive games for the Orange and Brown. After redshirting his first season on campus, Pickerington, Ohio native Alex Huettel has started all 41 games during his three seasons of play. When the Falcons take the field looking to score an upset against SEC foe Tennessee, Huettel is expected to be making his 42nd consecutive start.
Â
Huettel has been named to the All-Mid-American Conference second team in each of his past two seasons, and is a preseason watch lister for the Rotary Lombardi Award – given to the nation's best interior lineman. He was named first team All-MAC this preseason by highly-regarded college football guru Phil Steele and also by Athlon Sports.
