Gaiters and Hunter Shine in Penn State’s Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – The Bowling Green indoor track and field team participated in its fifth meet of the season on Saturday (Jan. 29) at Penn State's Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup.
Jemeila Hunter led the way for the Falcons by winning the 60 with a PR time of 7.60. Jazzlynn Gaiters set a program record in the 600 with a time of 1:34.05. Her time passed Lyndi Springer's time of 1:35.43 in 2006.

• Olivia Collett had a PR in the 3000 with a time of 10:26.16
• Sydnie Firment has a PR in the 3000 with a time of 10:10.13
Sprints
• Jemeila Hunter set a PR in the 200 with a time of 24.75
• Gaiters ran the 600 for the first time and set a program record with a time of 1:34.05
