October 12, 2022 | General
BOWLING GREEN-Ohio -Â The Bowling Green State University Athletics Department, in collaboration with Opendorse, launched the BGSU Marketplace for student-athletes. The marketplace will maximize Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) support for Falcon for student-athletes.Â
Â
"Today's announcement puts Bowling Green and its student-athletes in great position to succeed in NIL," said Opendorse CEO Blake Lawrence. "I can't wait to see how Falcons fans, brands, donors and sponsors support student-athletes, and I'm proud that Opendorse can provide the marketplace technology to make that happen."
The platform supports BGSU student-athletes by offering fans, companies and sponsors a streamlined platform to easily search, pitch, book and compensate BGSU student-athletes for their NIL services.Â
Those interested can visit the BGSU Marketplace now!Â
With this dynamic and robust platform and its many tools, every student-athlete will have the benefit to participate individually, and work directly with any individual inquiries and outreach. Interested third parties will have the ability to seamlessly pitch, book and compensate BGSU student-athletes for NIL events and activities in one secure platform, built specifically for each student-athletes' needs.Â
