Bowling Green Football Newcomers Begin Summer Session Classes

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – A total of 12 Bowling Green football scholarship enrollees have begun full summer session classes, as the Falcons continue preparations for the 2022 season.
The first day of the full and second session of summer classed started on June 27 on the BGSU campus. Summer workouts are already underway.
The newcomer scholarship student-athletes currently enrolled in the second summer session on campus include:
• OT Cedric Dunbar II (Natchez, Miss./Cathedral HS/Jackson State)
• CB Jalen Huskey (Gaithersburg, Md./Quince Orchard HS)
• RB Jaylen Jennings (Columbus, Ohio/Harvest Preparatory School)
• RB Trey Johnson (Frankford, Ill./Lincoln-Way East HS)
• OG Delonus Kabir (Belle Glade, Fla./Pahokee HS/Florida A&M)
• WR CJ Lewis (Hamden, Conn./Cheshire Academy/Boston College)
• CB Darius Lorfils (Germantown, Md./Northwest HS)
• DL Davonte Miles (River Rouge, Mich./River Rouge HS)
• LB Joseph Sipp Jr. (Tampa, Fla./Hillsborough HS)
• OT Kameren Stewart (Irmo, S.C./Dutch Fork HS/Coastal Carolina)
• DL Kitione Tau (Concord, Calif./Pittsburg HS/Lance CC)
• RB Braxton Todd (Martinsburg, W. Va./Martinsburg HS)
All remaining newcomers will join the team at a later date.
Bowling Green, who returns 50 letterwinners and 18 starters, opens the 2022 season against UCLA on Saturday, Sept. 3 at the Rose Bowl. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. ET on the Pac-12 Network.
