Four Falcons Fly Into Finals in Last Day of MAC Championships

OXFORD, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University swimming and diving team concluded MAC Championships today. The Falcons finished 8th in the Mid-American Conference.
The Falcons closed out the MAC Championships with four individuals competing in finals today. Diver Elise Snyder was the only Falcon on the day to participate in a championship final. Snyder scored a 277.85 in the 3-Meter Dive to secure a fifth-place finish in the MAC in the event.
The Falcons showed out in the 200 Butterfly with two swimmers making the consolation final. Grace Bodrock in her MAC Championship debut finished thirteenth with a time of 2:03.49. Fellow Falcon Fabiana D'Ambrogio finished 16th in her second straight appearance in a final in the 200 Butterfly. D'Ambrogio posted a time of 2:04.25.
Elayna Krupp participated in her second individual final in the 100 Freestyle today. Krupp also qualified for the final in the 50 Free and swam to another fifteenth-place finish yesterday. Today Krupp grabbed some more points for the Falcons with a time of 51.28 and a fifteenth-place finish.
