Coaches Show To Feature Simon, Paskaris Monday Night

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The weekly Falcons Nest Coaches Show presented by Fricker's, returns Monday night (Feb. 19) on Falcon Sports Radio Network stations. Bowling Green head men's basketball coach Todd Simon will join the "Voice of the Falcons" Todd Walker at 6 p.m. via a pre-recorded session due to men's basketball travel. The show will transition to in-person with Kevin Piel and assistant hockey coach Stavros Paskaris at 6:30 p.m. Fans can watch the show live at the Bowling Green Fricker's.

The men's basketball team heads into the week with a pair of strong matchups. The Falcons will first head north to Central Michigan to take on the Chippewas on Tuesday (Feb. 20) for a 7 p.m. start. BGSU will then host the rival Rockets in the Battle of I-75 on Friday (Feb. 23) at 7 p.m. The game will be an Orange Wave and will be on ESPNU.
The hockey team has been hot of late. The Falcons have won 17 of their last 18 possible points within the CCHA, moving into a three-way tie for second place in the conference and just two points out of first. BGSU will transition back to Slater Family Ice Arena this weekend for their final regular season home series, hosting Michigan Tech on Friday (Feb. 23, 7:37 p.m.) and Saturday (Feb. 24, 7:07 p.m.).
