Falcons Travel To Fort Wayne For Friday Match

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Bowling Green Falcons (3-4, 0-0 MAC) continue non-conference competition when they travel to Fort Wayne, Indiana where they will face Indiana Tech (0-2, 0-0 WHAC). The match will be held in the Wildwood Racquet Club at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 22. Results will be posted to the twitter page, found HERE, and on the BGSU Tennis page on BGSUFalcons.com.

The Falcons last competed against Cleveland State on Friday, 16 where they fell 1-6 on the road. No.1 Furness and Neuman won the lone doubles match for the Falcons (7-5) and are undefeated in doubles on the season (6-0). Freshmen, Brynn Chaffee picked up a win in straight sets at the number-six singles flight, securing the one point for the Falcons. The Falcons are currently 3-4 on the season.
Opponent Outlook
Indiana Tech has competed in two matches on the season and dropped them both. The Warriors faced Indiana Wesleyan University Feb 16 at home, which ended by a score of 1-4.
