Falcons Drop Tuesday Afternoon Match

LAKE NONA, Fla.-Â The Bowling Green Falcons (5-5, 0-0 MAC) continued their spring break matches on Tuesday afternoon (Mar. 5) against Howard University. The Falcons fell 2-5 at the USTA National Campus.Â
The Falcons started the evening, dropping the doubles point 2-1. Tsadari and Saraty secured a win at the No.3 spot in a commending 6-2 final score.Â
Hannah Neuman clinched a win for the Falcons at the No. 2 spot defeating Stibbins (HU) 6-2 in both sets. Brynn Chaffee won the No. 6 flight in three sets, securing the second point for the Orange and Brown. Chaffee took the first set, 6-3 and then dropped the second in a tiebreaker. Chaffee then finished the third set out in a 10-6 style.Â

The Falcons will travel to Cocoa Beach tomorrow (Mar. 6) where they will face North Carolina A&T State University for the final match down south. First serve is set for 12:00 p.m. at the Racquet Club of Cocoa Beach.
