Bowling Green Set for NCAA Great Lakes Regional in Evansville

EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The Bowling Green women's cross country team will cross into Indiana on Friday for the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, with the women's 6K scheduled for 10 a.m. CST at Angel Mounds State Cross Country Course.
The Falcons enter the postseason on the heels of a third-place finish at the MAC Championship, their highest placement since 2020. Senior Kylee Cubbison paced BGSU with a podium finish, earning All-MAC First Team honors. Rachael Withrow and Lexi Panning also secured all-conference recognition, landing on the Second Team after posting top-15 individual finishes.
Bowling Green's 2025 campaign has been one of its most consistent in recent seasons. The Falcons earned a team title at the Falcon Invitational and climbed to No. 7 in the Great Lakes Region.
Friday's regional meet will provide Bowling Green its most competitive test of the year, with a deep field of regionally ranked programs vying for NCAA Championship bids. For the Falcons, the race offers a benchmark opportunity to measure their progress and solidify their positioning within a strong Great Lakes contingent.
BGSU will look to carry its conference momentum into Evansville as it caps its postseason run.
