Men’s Golf Looks Forward to The Earl Yestingsmeier Invitational

MUNCIE, Ind - The Bowling Green State men's golf team will travel to Muncie, Ind. to compete in the Earl Yestingsmeier Invitational, hosted by Ball State from Saturday, Sept. 26 to Sunday, Sept. 27.
The Falcons are coming off a tenth-place finish at the Redhawk Intercollegiate that saw Pedro Garcia carding an impressive one-under 212. Jack Gibbs will look to continue his superb start to his collegiate career after tying for 20th with a one-over 214.
TOURNAMENT INFO
The tournament will consist of three rounds totaling 54-holes, and will be played at Delaware Country Club. The course is a par 70 tallying 6,438 yards. Saturday's rounds one and two will commence with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. ET. Sunday's round three is also slated for a shotgun start at 9 a.m. ET.
THE FIELD
BGSU will be competing amongst a 15-team field that includes: Evansville, Chicago State, Eastern Kentucky, Georgia State, Purdue Fort Wayne, Loyola-Chicago, Central Michigan, Northern Kentucky, Howard, Cleveland State, Wright State, IU Indianapolis, Butler, and host Ball state.
Purdue will be sending two individual golfers and hence will not be counted towards the team leaderboard.
