Falcons Head to Mid-Michigan for Saturday's CMU Contest

SETTING THE SCENE / FOLLOW THE FALCONS
• The Bowling Green State University women's soccer team returns to the road this weekend, heading to Mid-Michigan for a Saturday (Sept. 26) matchup with Central Michigan University. Head coach Chris Fox and the Falcons face the Chippewas in a 1:00 p.m. start at the CMU Soccer Complex.
• Then, the Orange and Brown will begin the month of October by hosting the University of Massachusetts next Thursday (Oct. 1). That contest will begin at 3:00 p.m., and admission – as is the case for all BGSU women's soccer home matches – is free.
TODAY'S PAGE-ONE-WORTHY NOTES
• BGSU was the only NCAA Division-I program in the nation to go the entire 2025 season without ever allowing more than one goal in a game. The Falcons' streak – the longest in the nation – is now at 31 games entering the Central Michigan match.
• The Falcons will put another impressive streak on the line on Saturday in Mount Pleasant. BG is undefeated in the last 12 true road matches, having gone 6-0-6 at hostile venues since a loss at Ohio in November of 2024.
• BGSU has eight goals this season to date, and seven different players have found the back of the net in 2026.
