2011: Earned the Falcon Club’s Junior Scholar-Athlete of the Year award given to one male and female junior in the department who has distinguished themselves in the classroom … Played in 28 games, starting 27 times at third base … Hit .165 with two RBI, scoring six runs … Had two multi-hit games, going 2-for-3 with a run scored at Notre Dame and 2-for-3 with two runs and an RBI in a win over Detroit.
2010: Started all 42 games for the Falcons at third base … One of six players to record at least 100 at-bats and struck out the least among those players with just 16 … Added seven sacrifice bunts, second-most on the team … Had two multi-hit games and one multi-RBI game … Went 2-for-4 with two runs and two RBI in a 9-7 loss to Winthrop at the Red and Black Classic … Also went 2-for-4 in a 9-7 win against Akron.
2009: Named first team All-MAC and to the All-MAC Freshman Team, only the second player in program history to be named first team All-MAC and to the All-MAC Freshman team in the same season and the fourth player to be named to the All-MAC Freshman team . . . was one of six players and the only freshman to start all 46 games as the Falcons’ third base man . . . led the Falcons in assists (117), hits (40) and triples (5) . . . ranked 17th in nation in triples with five and in triples per game averaging 0.11 triples per game, ranked nationally for eight consecutive weeks beginning April 5 . . . recorded her first career collegiate hit in the Falcons’ opening weekend going 2-for-4 against Bradley (Feb. 13) . . . blasted her first career collegiate extra base hit and triple in the Falcons’ extra inning win over Purdue (March 6) and her first career double against Austin Peay (March 8) . . . posted a six game hitting streak as the Falcons opened their season at home tallying eight hits in six games, which included her first career homer, a walk-off grand slam to sweep Toledo (March 28), a triple, a double, seven RBIs and three runs scored . . . ended the regular season on a similar high note with a three game hitting streak, recording three straight multiple hit games totaling seven hits in three games . . . matched the BG rookie season record and tied for fourth in the BG single season record book for triples with five . . . defensively recorded 117 assists and 32 put outs . . . in conference play totaled 56 assists the most of any freshman and the second most of any player in the conference . . . opened MAC play with nine straight perfect games on field recording 24 assists and seven putouts in 31 chances with no errors . . . in her first 14 games of MAC play totaled 40 assists, 11 putouts and a mere one error in 52 chances.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned three letters at Canefield High School . . . also earned four letters in basketball and was the captain of her team as a junior and senior . . . helped the Cardinals to three consecutive MAC titles, a division II state championship in 2008, an elite 8 division I appearance in 2006, and a sweet 16 division II appearance in 2007 . . . a two-time first team All-MAC selection, two-time first team All-NEO and two-time second team all-state . . . as a junior led the Cardinals with a career best .478 batting average and .841 slugging percentage, including a team high nine doubles, five triples, four home runs and 25 runs scored . . . earned the 2008 US Army Reserve National Scholar Athlete award.
