2014: Played in 10 games for the Falcons at linebacker … made five starts … made 45 tackles (23 solo) … had 4.5 tackles for loss and 1.0 sack … also had a forced fumble and fumble recovery … registered a quarterback hurry and three pass breakups … made a career-high 13 tackles in a Sept. 6 win over VMI … also had 2.5 tackles for loss, a quarterback hurry, a pass breakup, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in the game … was named Academic All-MAC.

2013: Played in all 14 games … made 37 tackles (20 ua, 17 a) … added 5.0 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks … had a forced fumble, fumble recovery, quarterback hurry, and blocked a kick … had three tackles (all for loss) in a loss at Indiana … in that game, blocked a punt which he returned for a touchdown … took ball off foot of punter, and in stride, returned for touchdown … earned MAC East Special Teams Player of the Week for that play … was SportsCenter No. 1 play for the night of Sept. 14, 2013 … had a season-high five tackles and forced a fumble at the goal line against Murray State … added five tackles at Ohio and four in the Little Caesars Pizza Bowl against Pittsburgh.

Prior to BGSU: Spent two seasons at Riverside Community College ... coached by Tom Craft ... earned second-team all-conference and was the team’s defensive player of the year ... finished tied for the team lead with 63 tackles.

High School: Was a 2010 graduate of Norco High School ... coached by Todd Gerhardt ... earned first-team all-conference as a senior and second-team all-conference his junior season ... was team’s defensive player of the year as a senior.
