The Varsity BG Club
Success can't be bought, it's earned, and there's no finer example than being named a Bowling Green State University athletic letter recipient. Your letter is a constant symbol of commitment to being a winner at BGSU. With this in mind we have made a significant change in policy. Dues are no longer required for membership in the Varsity BG Club – you already earned your lifetime membership with the hard work and dedication you put into your sport. However, your support is still vital. We ask that you join the Falcon Club and designate your gift to the sport of your choice.
The Varsity BG Club embraces that same dedication and promotes the growth and continued excellence of the BGSU Athletic Department, while developing a lasting bond between undergraduate and alumni letterwinners and BGSU. We strive to ensure that the tradition, the prestige, and the legacy of BG Athletics pass from generation to generation.
Much is being done to enhance the connection between past athletes and our current athletic program.
• An advisory council of former athletes has been established to assist in developing a strong connection between former athletes and BGSU teams
• Activities are being designed to bring letter winners back to campus and to recognize them for outstanding contributions to Falcon Athletics, BGSU, and their communities
• A letter winners directory, exclusively for former athletes is being developed to keep you connected with teammates
As an athlete at BGSU, you were part of building the heritage. As an alumnus and Varsity BG Club member you can enhance the great tradition of BG Athletics.

• Periodic communications with updates on Athletic Department events, activities and programs
• A discounted rate for ticket purchases to all athletic events
• Annual Letter Winners Weekend – a time to reconnect with classmates
• Opportunity to nominate individuals for Athletic Hall of Fame
• In the near future… a letter winners directory for you to stay in touch with teammates
What we need from you:
• Come back to the games and support your teams. Stay involved and encourage teammates to become involved.
• Keep us informed on your whereabouts and what is happening in your life.
• Back your sport with a contribution to your team through the Falcon Club.
