HOW TO ORDER TICKETS
1. Online: Fans may purchase tickets online by clicking on the links above or visiting www.bgsufalcons.com/buytickets
2. Telephone: Fans may place an order by calling the BGSU Ticket Office at 877-BGSU TICKET (247-8842) or 419-372-0000.
3. Walk-up: Fans may purchase tickets at the BGSU Ticket Office in the Stroh Center during regular office hours.
The BGSU Athletic Ticket Office accepts cash, check (made payable to BGSU Athletics), or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. For season ticket holders, payment must be received at the time of the order. Any check returned for insufficient funds places the ticket holder in jeopardy of losing their seat(s). Fans who miss the deadline dates are subject to loss of seating assignments and tickets.
ADMISSION POLICIES
All persons, ages three and older, must have a ticket for the following BGSU athletic events: Football, Men's and Women's Basketball, Hockey and Volleyball. There are no refunds or exchanges.
SEASON TICKET HOLDER EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Season ticket holders are able to exchange tickets to a game they are not able to attend to a future game during the same season. All exchanges will be filled with the best available seats comparable to your current seat location. The maximum amount of tickets that can be exchanged per game is equal to the number of tickets in your account. Season and single game tickets may not be exchanged for an alternative location for the same event. Unused single game purchased tickets may not be exchanged for future events.
REQUEST SEAT CHANGE/UPGRADES
All seat upgrades or changes must be made in writing and mailed or faxed to the ticket office. The notification can be a separate letter or written on the season ticket invoice. Ticket requests will be reviewed the week following the renewal deadline and you will receive a phone call from a BGSU Athletic Ticket Office representative notifying you of the status of your request.
WILL CALL
All orders placed within one week of an event will be held in WILL CALL. Tickets must be left under the name of the person who will pick up the tickets. To pick up tickets at WILL CALL, all fans must show a valid ID. If there is a need to change the WILL CALL name, the fan must contact the ticket office prior to game day.-->
