Hutchinson C.C.: red-shirted the 1995 season for Coach Martin Harrell before starting for two seasons at middle linebacker in the 4-3 scheme...led the team in 1997 with 138 tackles as the team compiled a 6-4 record...earned honorable mention All-Jayhawk Conference honors...had 90 tackles his freshman season which ranked among the top three on the team which finished with a 7-3 record...
