- When he went down with injury, he was the only player in the nation with 60+ tackles (68), 2.0+ sacks (2) and 4+ passes defended (4). He was No. 1 in the MAC and No. 14 in the nation with 5.6 solo tackles per game
- Made nine stops at Tennessee with seven solo stops
- Notched 11 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss and broke up two passes against South Alabama
- Made five stops and 2.0 sacks in win at Minnesota
- Made a career-high 17 tackles at NIU with 10 solo stops
- Forced a fumble against Akron
