Chris Haase was named BGSU’s Director of Player and Personnel Recruiting in February of 2021. Haase comes to Bowling Green after graduating and working on the staff at Northwestern University.
Prior to coming to BGSU, Haase was a scouting assistant for Northwestern since August of 2019. His role involved evaluating and maintaining scholarship and walk-on boards, serving as a recruiting assistant, operating the transfer board, and assisting with the logistics and execution of visits and summer camps. Haase also handled database maintenance, meeting with potential recruits and families, and assisting with Pro Day.
In 2018, Haase served an operations internship with the Indianapolis Colts. He was also a student manager for the Northwestern football team from 2016-18. Haase earned his bachelor’s degree in sociology from Northwestern with minors in business institutions and legal studies.
