Dani Coppes is in her ninth year at BGSU, and her seventh as a full time staff member, working primarily with the Falcon football team. She previously served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer caring for the women’s basketball team, as well as the men’s and women’s golf programs. Coppes graduated from Bowling Green with a Masters in Education with a specialization in Sport Administration in 2016.
Coppes, a native of Bloomville, Ohio, came to BGSU after earning her undergraduate degree from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training in 2014. While at OSU, she worked with the football, men’s lacrosse, and track and field programs. During her senior year, Coppes completed an internship with the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer (MLS).
Coppes is BOC certified and licensed in the state of Ohio, as well as a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, the Great Lakes Athletic Trainers Association, and the Ohio Athletic Trainers Association.
