Mike Murphy joined the Bowling Green football support staff in May 2021 and is the assistant director of player personnel and recruiting. In this role, Murphy oversees the daily operations of the recruiting office.
No stranger to Bowling Green football, Murphy spent over two years as a student assistant in football operations as an undergraduate student at BGSU.
Murphy has also held various roles with the Toledo Mud Hens Baseball Club and the Walleye Hockey Club. In these roles, Murphy worked in media services and was a Mud Hens batboy.
A 2021 graduate of Bowling Green, Murphy graduated with a 4.0 GPA with a degree in sport management, and a minor in general business. He earned BGSU's President's Award for Academic Achievement in 2021 and was on the Dean's List every semester while at BGSU.
Murphy currently resides in Perrysburg, Ohio.
