1998: joined the program just before fall practice started...started three games and played in nine contests...second on the team in rushing yards...gained a majority of his yards in one game - the Kent contest - in which he rushed for 220 yards on 27 carries, the second-best single game in school history...is only the eighth back in school history to rush for 200 or more yards and first since 1983...had 11 carries for eight or more yards in the game, including a 60-yard run, the second-longest non-scoring run in school history...had 14 carries for 73 yards the week before against Toledo...led the team and was 10th in MAC averaging 18.9 yards on 19 kickoff returns...
Phoenix College: played in seven games in 1997 for Coach John Allen rushing for 623 yards on 131 carries (4.76 avg.) and eight touchdowns...had a long run of 80 yards...earned second-team honors in the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference...sat out the 1996 season...played in five games in 1995 rushing for 457 yards on 59 carries (7.78 avg.) and eight touchdowns...had a long run of 90 yards...
West Brunswick H.S.: was an outstanding prep athlete for Coach Jim Brett...rushed for over 1,500 yards as a senior and 25 touchdowns...also topped the 1,000-yard plateau his junior season...was the MVP of the 3A state title game as a senior and the 2A state title game as a junior as West Brunswick won the state championship both seasons...helped high school advance to the state title game as a sophomore...high school team was 13-2 his sophomore year, 12-3 his junior season, and 14-2 his senior year...was a Waccamaw League all-star each of his last two seasons...earned 12 letters in high school...
