- Opened the season in the 5K at the Mel Brodt Invitational, placing 13th with a time of 19:05.7
- Finished 21st in the 6K at the NIU Huskie Classic
- Placed 154th at the Louisville Classic with a personal best time of 18:48.3 in the 5K
