After serving as the Graduate Assistant in his first year at BGSU in 2016-17, Settle was promoted to Video Coordinator on July 18, 2017. Settle completed his second year as the program’s Video Coordinator in 2018-19.
As video coordinator, Settle is responsible for developing and assembling opponent scouting reports. He keeps an up-to-date and accurate playbook, records practices for future use, assists with recruiting logistics, and finds clips to further player development. He also tracks defensive efficiency during games, and plays a large role with kid’s camps and Junior Falcons.
Settle is a 2016 graduate of the University of Cincinnati. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, while minoring in Sport Administration at UC. At Cincinnati, Settle played a key role as a student manager on a number of highly-successful Bearcat teams. Settle currently resides in Bowling Green, and earned a Master's degree from the University in 2019.
