THANK YOU
(from Senior Day festivities; April 27, 2024)
"I first want to thank my coaches and teammates for always supporting me and believing in me during my time at BG. I also want to thank Peyton Dolejs for being my best friend since I arrived in BG. You have been my rock, and I am so thankful for you. Mom, thank you for showing me what hard work looks like and being with me every step of the way of this crazy journey, I couldn't have done any of this without you. To my siblings and grandparents, thank you for traveling across the country all these years to watch my games. I can't even put into words how much your support has meant to me; I am so grateful for you all. Lastly, I want to thank my dad. Though you are no longer with us your passion and competitiveness will forever live through me. Thank you for introducing me to the sport I love and the countless hours you spent coaching and pushing me to be my best. I am forever grateful for our memories, and I couldn't have done it without you." -- Lexi Carver
