Men's Soccer Players Earn League Accolades

The Mid-American Conference announced its Men's Soccer Academic Honor Roll members today with eight Bowling Green State University student-athletes being named to the team.
To be eligible, student-athletes must obtain a cumulative grade-point average of 3.00 or higher and earn a letter for the current season. Freshmen are not eligible.
Earning the league honor from BG were redshirt freshman Michael Began (3.13/undecided), senior Gene Braxton (3.11/health sciences), sophomore Matthew Leardini (3.76/undecided), junior Tony Malik (3.73/marketing), junior Detrick Matthews (3.26/pre-social work), redshirt sophomore Adam Schokora (3.94/psychology), junior Benjamin Vaccaro (3.35/history), and junior Kevin Wisniewski (3.73/economics).
BG tied with Marshall with eight honorees, while Akron led with nine.
