Men's Track Team Competes At Kentucky Meet

The Bowling Green State University men's track and field team competed in the Rod McCravy Memorial hosted by the University of Kentucky Saturday and came home with the winner in two events.
Bowling Green senior Rah'Sheen Clay won both events for the Falcons taking the 200 in a time of 21.47 and the 400 with a clocking of 48.05.
BG also had the third-place finisher in the 400 as Zerian Peterson posted a time of 48.75.
Other top finishers for the Falcons included Drew Downey in the pole vault where he cleared 15-0 1/4 to take sixth place, Mark Newton and Eric Browning in the high jump where they tied for sixth place clearing 6-4, Kreg Hatfield in the mile where his time of 4:20.53 was good for fifth place, Eric Peterson in the long jump where his best of 21-3 1/4 placed his ninth, and Pat Miller was also ninth in the 800 with a time of 1:54.57.
