Falcon Tennis Player Captures City Title

Bowling Green State University student-athlete Vitek Wild (Hermitage, PA/Hickory) won the Toledo Men's City Singles title on Saturday defeating two-time defending champion Todd Dominiak 6-7 (7-4), 6-0, 6-3.
Wild, the No. 1 singles player for the Falcons this past season, was selected to the 2000 Mid-American Conference all-league first team. He set BGSU records for single-season singles wins with 32 as a freshman and combined wins with 55 in 1999.
He has twice been named MAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week.
