Men's Golf Signs Student-Athlete

Bowling Green State University men's golf coach Garry Winger announced the signing of Tommy Lopez (College Station, Texas) to a nationa letter of intent.
Lopez is currently a senior at A & M Consolidated High School in College Station. He has earned four varsity letters in golf for coach Danny Hayes. The Tigers have qualified for two regonal championships, while Lopez was named to the all-district squad in 1998.
He averaged 74.6 this past fall and plans to major in business at BGSU.
