Men's Tennis Loses At Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville defeated the Bowling Green State University men's tennis team by a 7-0 score Saturday (March 3). The match was held at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center.
Louisville, ranked 48th in the country and the national leader in dual-match victories, improves to 12-3 on the year, while BGSU drops to 7-3.
The Falcons' number-one doubles team of junior Vitek Wild and sophomore Geoff Hiscox posted an 8-4 win over the Cards' Tvrtko Kujundzic and Joachim Lien, 8-4. But, U of L took each of the other doubles flights before sweeping the singles action.
Wild and freshman Nick Moxley each extended their singles matches to the maximum three sets at flights one and five, respectively.
BGSU is next in action on Wednesday (March 7), competing at Ohio State in a 4:00 p.m. match.
