The Falcons defeated the Eagles for the fourth straight time and seventh straight occasion in Anderson Arena. BGSU leads the series 38-33.
The victory was BGSU's seventh in the MAC by 12 points or more.
The Falcons have a 5-1 record against the MAC's West Division and will conclude play against that side Monday at Toledo.
Keith McLeod's 32 points were the most scored by the senior in Anderson Arena. His previous best at home was a 29-point effort against Urbana during his freshman year.
McLeod now has scored 1,700 points and needs 31 points to move into fifth place on the Falcons all-time scoring list surpassing Charles Share who had 1,730 points from 1946-50.
Len Matela had his 30th career double double with 14 points and 10 rebounds.
Brandon Pardon had 10 assists and no turnovers. It was his fifth game this season with 10 or more assists.
Josh Almanson is averaging eight points per game in the last four games and is shooting 75.0 from the field in that span (15/20). From December 10 to February 2 (13 games), Almanson scored just 39 points.
Freshman Erki Crawford is averaging 5.7 points in the last three games and shooting 72.7 from the field (8/11).
