Road Times Finalized for 2002 BGSU Football

Bowling Green, Ohio - Kick-off times for the six Bowling Green State University football road games have been finalized for the 2002 season. BGSU will play three road games under the lights and have three games during the day.
The Falcons will play at 6 p.m. (Central) when they visit Kansas, September 21. BGSU's October 12 MAC road opener at Central Michigan will be played at 1 p.m. When the Falcons battle Kent State for the Anniversary Award in Kent on November 2, kick-off is slated for 2 p.m. The following week, BGSU will travel to Northern Illinois for a 1 p.m. (Central) matchup.
BGSU's final two road games, November 16 at South Florida and November 30 at Toledo will kick-off at 7 p.m.
August 31 Tennessee Tech 6 p.m. (Falcons won the only previous meeting, 40-15 in 1999)September 14 Missouri (Varsity BG/Hall of Fame Night) 6 p.m. (BGSU won 20-13 in 2001, BG leads series 2-1)
September 21 at Kansas 6 p.m. (CDT) (First-ever meeting with the Jayhawks)
October 5 *Ohio (Homecoming) 4 p.m. (BGSU won 17-0 in 2001, BG leads series 31-21-2)
October 12 *at Central Michigan 1 p.m. (First trip to Mt. Pleasant since 1995, BG leads series 18-16)
October 19 *Western Michigan 6 p.m. (Broncos come to BG for first time since 1997, BG leads series 28-14-3)
October 26 *Ball State (Family Weekend) 4 p.m. (First meeting since 1999, BG leads series 15-8-1)
November 2 *at Kent State 2 p.m. (Falcons won 24-7 in 2001, BG leads series 49-15-6)
November 9 *at Northern Illinois 1 p.m. (CST) (First meeting since 1998, BG leads series 9-3)
November 16 at South Florida 7 p.m. (First of four meetings with Conference USA program)
November 23 *Eastern Michigan (Senior Night) 6 p.m. (First meeting since 2000, BG leads series 18-10-1)
November 30 *at Toledo 7 p.m. (Falcons won Peace Pipe 56-21 in 2001, BG leads series 35-27-4)
December 7 MAC Championship (at East Champion) TBA
