Top-Seeded Falcons Head To UB For MAC Championships

The Bowling Green State University men's tennis team will head to Buffalo, N.Y., for this week's Mid-American Conference Championships. The championships will begin Thursday (April 25) and run through Saturday (April 27).
The Falcons, the MAC regular-season champions, are the top-seeded team for the six-team event. BGSU will begin tourney play with a Friday (April 26) morning match in the semifinal round. The Brown and Orange will play a 9:00 a.m. contest against the winner of the Thursday (April 25) match between fourth-seeded Northern Illinois and fifth-seeded Toledo.
BGSU enters the MAC Championships with an overall record of 18-10, and the Falcons finished MAC regular-season action with a perfect 5-0 mark.
