Senior Thrower Earns Conference Honor

The Mid-American Conference office released the names of the 2002 All-MAC Team members Monday, May 20. Senior thrower Lori Williams earned Second Team All-MAC honors for the third time in her Bowling Green career.
Williams, a 2001 BGSU graduate in elementary education, placed second in the discus with a mark of 164'09" and third in the hammer throw with a distance of 173'05". The Erie, Pennsylvania native holds the school's second-best marks in both the discus and hammer throw in outdoor competition.
