BGSU Baseball to Host Tryouts

Bowling Green, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University baseball team will hold open tryouts for walk-ons at Warren Steller Field, Sept. 3-5. Players are to report to the field at 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 3 with proof of insurance. From Sept. 4-5 players are to report at 2:30 p.m. dressed appropriately and having the needed equipment.
The Falcons are led by head coach Danny Schmitz who begins his 13th season at Bowling Green. BGSU won the 2002 Mid-American Conference Regular Season Championship and the East Division crown. This year, the Falcons move to the MAC West Division.
