Falcons To Compete In Central Collegiate Championships

Bowling Green, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University track and field team will compete in the Central Collegiate Championships on Saturday, January 25, in Kent, Ohio. Bowling Green will be one of twelve teams competing this weekend. The first event begins at 10:00 a.m.

The Falcons opened the season last weekend with a third-place finish in the BGSU Quintangular, scoring 93 points. Alicia Taylor led the Falcons with a first-place finish in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.84 seconds, and a third-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles, with a time of 8.83 seconds.

The Falcons will next be in action when they travel to Columbus to compete in the Ohio State Invitational on February 1.
