BGSU Men's Golf Tied for Second at Early Yestingsmeier Invite

Bowling Green is tied for second with Wright State after day one and two rounds of the Earl Yestingsmeier Invitational in Yorktown, Ind., with a team score of 581. BGSU shot 289 in the morning round and 292 in the afternoon round.
Northern Illinois leads with a score of 577.
BGSU sophomore Heath Ziglar is the top Falcon with a score of 141 (71-70). His score ties him for third overall after day one. Fellow sophomore Chris Leake is tied for sixth with a score of 142 (69-73). Other Falcons placing are Adam Balls (T-22nd, 147), Craig Pickerel (T-58th, 154) and Tommy Lopez (T-63rd, 155).
The final day of the tournament is Sunday.
