Bowling Green, Ohio -
BGSU Coach Dan Dakich
"I was really proud of the way our kids hung in against a team that I think is really good. I thought we fought, we scrapped, we didn't get our head down. We want to be a team that is very difficult to beat and tonight we were a team that is difficult to beat. Anytime you have proud guys they're going to stand up and say enough is enough and tonight they did that."
On John Reimold... "He gave us confidence. He's been our guts and is our guts. He played on three or four state championship teams and just knows how to win."
BGSU's John Reimold (17 points)
"Losing's tough, it's always tough. Our team decided tonight that we weren't going to lose. We decided we were going to lay it all on the line. You can call it desperation or whatever you want, but we needed a win and we were going to do anything to get a win."
UDM Coach Perry Watson
"Give Bowling Green credit. They fought desperate like they probably were. The problems we had in the first half gave them some confidence."
On BGSU's John Reimold... "We played against him before, so we knew what he was capable of doing. He's a hard-nosed player. He makes them a lot tougher."
