Falcons Ink One To Letter Of Intent

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Bowling Green State University track & field head coach Scott Sehmann has announced the signing of one student-athlete to a National Letter of Intent. Whitney Hartman, of Eastwood High School, will join the Falcon track and field program for the 2004-05 academic year.

"Whitney will add more depth to a very young throwing crew and should make an immediate impact in the MAC next season," said coach Sehmann. "We are excited to have her coming on board and am happy to have kept a Northwest Ohio athlete in the neighborhood."

Whitney is a two-time state qualifier in both the discuss and shot put the last two seasons.
