BGSU Golf Finishes 15th at Xavier Invitational

The Bowling Green State University men's golf team ended its Fall season by finishing 15th at the Xavier Invitational, played on Monday and Tuesday at the Oasis Golf Club in Loveland, Ohio. The Falcons ended with a team score of 896 (298-295-303).
Indiana captured the 19-team tournament with a score of 834 (281-274-279).
The top Falcon finisher was junior Heath Ziglar who tied for 37th with a three-round score of 220 (70-74-76). Senior Craig Pickerel wasn't far behind, finishing tied for 41st place with a score of 222 (75-71-76). Other Falcons competing included freshman Jace Walker (T-85th, 231), sophomore Dan McIntyre (92nd, 233), and junior Chris Leake (T-93rd, 234).
BGSU begins its Spring schedule on March 7 when it competes in the two-day Irish Spring Invitational, played at Howey-In-the-Hills, Florida.
