In her first meet of the season she won the discus throw (134-07) and placed second in the shot put (40-07) at the Beaver Invitational. She followed that up with a personal-best mark of 152-05 at the Len Paddock Invitational in the tune-up for the MAC Championship in the discus.
During the basketball season she averaged 10.2 points, 7.5 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game, leading the team in the latter category. She set the school single-season record for blocks in MAC games, with 27 and tied the overall school mark, with 50 rejections. She finished second on the Falcons in rebounds and steals (1.4 spg), and third in scoring. Honegger shot a team-high .521 from the field and was a two-time MAC Player of the Week.
